kriya Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kriya platform and all associated services. kriya is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment services — including casino games, sports betting and live casino — for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is each user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. One clause being invalid does not void the entire Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility

kriya's services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or older. Valid identification may be requested at the time of registration to verify age. If false information is used to register, kriya reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any bonuses associated with those accounts will be considered void.

2.2 Account Information and Security

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If a user's name, address, mobile number or payment details change, the user must update that information promptly.

Keeping account passwords and login details confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. kriya will not be held liable if a third party gains access to an account. Any suspicious account activity must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kriya may verify a user's identity before processing a withdrawal or at any other time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on kriya is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank). Deposits from an account registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name when making a deposit. If another person's account or identity is used, kriya reserves the right to close the account and retain the deposited funds without a refund.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests will be sent via the same method used for the deposit, unless there is a valid reason otherwise.

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled, and only the original deposited amount may be returned.

kriya reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if identity verification has not been completed. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving an account balance of ৳2,500; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

Bonus funds are not cash — they are credits available for gameplay. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. kriya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at its discretion.

4.2 Other Promotions

kriya regularly offers various promotional deals, such as the kriya Weekly Reload (up to 30%, maximum ৳5,000), the kriya Weekend Cricket Special (up to 50%, maximum ৳8,000) and the kriya Slots Daily Boost (up to 20%, maximum ৳3,000). Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and eligibility criteria.

Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, kriya may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5 Prohibited Conduct and Use

5.1 General Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kriya platform:

• Registering with false or incorrect information;
• Using or impersonating another person's identity;
• Using bots, automation software or any type of hacking tool;
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage (bonus abuse);
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an advantage.

5.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

kriya strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. If an unusual or suspicious transaction is identified, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified. It is the user's responsibility to prove the legitimacy of any transaction.

6 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the kriya platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics and game content — is the intellectual property of kriya or its authorised suppliers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content commercially without permission.

Users are granted a limited, revocable licence to access the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This right may not be transferred to anyone else.

7 Limitation of Liability

The kriya platform is provided on an "as is" basis. kriya will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server issues or internet disconnections.

The decision to participate in gaming or betting activities is entirely the user's own. kriya will not provide compensation for financial losses. Users must consciously acknowledge that financial risk exists in online gaming.

kriya is not directly liable for issues arising from errors by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft or JILI) or payment processors, but will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any such issues.

8 Service Suspension and Account Termination

8.1 kriya's Rights

kriya may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification;
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud;
• Court or authority order;
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

8.2 User Rights

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Once the request is accepted and there are no outstanding balances on the account, all valid balances will be returned to the user.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

kriya uses SSL encryption on the platform to keep users' data and financial transactions secure. International security standards are followed for data storage.

10 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

kriya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recently published version always applies.

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, kriya's interpretation will be considered final, though users retain the right to take appropriate legal action.
